We welcome you to our little paradise “Porta del mar”; traditional beach Villas in Zakynthos-Zante Island.

Beautifully constructed, built and run by family Rigas, the villas are set in the most picturesque of places, along the coast of Aboula-Psarou Beach. The beautiful and well kept gardens all around the resort are designed to offer you a most relaxing and peaceful holiday. All villas face an endless, crystal clear swimming pool, the Ionian Sea, promising amazing sea-views.

Rooms

Our little village is divided into eight traditional stone – built houses, combining local tradition with one of the best beach spots on Zakynthos Island! All villas form a horse shoe design, facing towards the sea, offering beautiful sea-views. Four villas have two storeys(2-Bedroom) and four are single storey(1-Bedroom). All villas include in price:

• Daily maid service, Room Service,

Amenities

Our private Bar-Restaurant is located in the beautiful landscaped gardens, just above the seafront, offering best quality food and drinks during the day. We prepare local dishes always with fresh ingredients, according to the old Zante tradition. Next to the villas, Tasos grows all basic vegetables for our cooking and the daily needs of our guests(tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, courgettes, melons, green peppers, onions etc.). We also hold a BBQ once or twice a week and make PIZZA nights in our clay oven. This offers our guests the chance to share their different cultures!

Location

The area of Aboula-Psarou Beach is situated between the resorts of Amoudi and Tsilivi, on the North-Eastern coast of Zakynthos Island, and is just 12 km far from Zante town. It' s a green, quiet area, surrounded by olive fields and the Ionian Sea. Porta del mar villas are a quiet and peaceful haven, located over the Ionian Sea, where on a clear day you can see out to the island of Kefalonia. The pretty cove with its private sandy beach and crystal clear water is an ideal place to relax and soak up the sun. Moreover, Psarou beach, a 10 consecutive years Blue flag awarded sandy bay, is very safe for children and ideal to explore with canoes and water-bikes! The surrounding unspoilt countryside provides interesting walks through the beautiful olive fields. Within walking distance (50 – 200 meters long) from your villa, you may find family-run Greek taverns, mini-markets and a bakery for your daily needs.
